Your order will be processed as soon as your pay method is approved, and all order information is verified for accuracy.
In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email.

Our warehouse and office hours of operation are Monday – Friday 9am to 6pm. Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next day. Orders shipped to the 48 contiguous U.S. states should arrive within 5-7 business days from the day it ships from our warehouse. Orders placed during the weekend will ship the following Tuesday, unless it is a holiday.

Free Shipping
*Free Shipping promotion applies only to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. When applicable, minimum total order amount of $99 must be reached before Free Shipping is valid. Free Shipping only applies to shipment for one address only. Shipment to multiple addresses will incur additional costs.

USPS Priority Mail
Shipments will arrive in 5 – 7 days. As with any USPS shipment, no tracking number can be provided.

FedEx Ground Shipping Service
Shipping costs will be calculated based on the destination and weight and dimensions of the items in your shopping cart. Orders shipped to the 48 contiguous states should arrive within 2-5 business days from the day they ship from our warehouse.

International Shipping
International orders are processed via USPS. Please call 269-792-1977 or submit your order through the website for all international orders. Alaska and Hawaii shipments will be charged an additional shipping fee. All international shipments will be charged an additional international shipping fee. Please call in orders for shipping to countries other than Canada.

Return Policy
We believe that you’re going to love all of our products! Products cannot be exchanged. If you have received defective or damaged item(s) in your shipment and can provide proof of damage in transit, please call us at 269-792-1977 or submit an email to [email protected] or submit a request through the website. The credit card you used for the original purchase will be reimbursed the price you originally paid for the returned item(s), less shipping. In most cases this credit should appear on your card in the next regular billing cycle.
