Receptionist / Bookkeeper
We are looking for a part-time Receptionist / Bookkeeper that is familiar with QuickBooks and accounting. Though this is a part time position, it is expected that this position would become a full time position within 3-6 months as business grows. Time can be flexible to start.
Candidates should have good working knowledge of all modules within QuickBooks, specifically AP, AR, and GL, excel, word, and using an office phone system.
Good communication and organizational skills are a must. We are an established company and growing.
